TESTIMONIALS
See what business and job-seekers had to say about the 2019 Career & Job Fair!
The Anchorage Chamber of Commerce was proud to promote and participate in the first annual Citywide Job Fair this February 2019. As it would happen, we had a job position open up with our small organization at that same time. It was amazing the number of resumes and applicants we were able to obtain. After several interviews, we were proud to hire our new Operations Coordinator! Citywide Job Fair was an amazing experience and we could not be happier with the candidate we were able to hire through participating in this great event.
Anchorage Chamber of Commerce
The City-Wide Job Fair gave our school an excellent opportunity to reach out to students and the community in a new way. The possibilities that it opened for our students were endless! It was wonderful to see the community come together and build connections, offer opportunity, and support one another.
S.A.V.E. High School
This past February, I attended my first Citywide Job Fair with copies of my resume and hopes of finding a new job. While there, I was able to speak with a number of prospective employers and discuss my potential fit within their organization. I was able to connect with the right people, which led to a number of interviews, and then a job with the Anchorage Chamber of Commerce as their new Operations Coordinator. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.
